MPI Search found ‘unreasonable’ – documents

These documents relate to the September/October 2018 issue article about MPI’s search of Brett Edwards’ home in September 2013 being found to be ‘unreasonable’ in terms of the Bill of Rights Act and the evidence gathered being ruled inadmissible.
As a result, MPI’s prosecution following ‘Operation Partridge’ against against Brett Edwards, Mangere Bulk Seafoods, Roger Rawlinson and  RMD Marine was withdrawn.
